	Home is the "welcome" page or first page you see when you enter the Web address ('URL' or Uniform Resource Locator) for the Northstar Chapter Web site (http://www.apanorthstar.org).  The Home Page contains breaking news, announcements, and other real-time information for Northstar Chapter Members, prospective members, or non-member visitors to the Web site..
	News provides the current and previous issues of the newsletter, an archive of board meeting minutes, and other news of interest to payroll professionals.
	Calendar displays payroll related events of interest to Northstar Chapter members and Chapter events.
	Northstar FAQ's provides answers to the most frequently asked questions by members or prospective members.
	Members provides current job postings, a member directory with the member's phone number and email address, Northstar Chapter bylaws, and other information for Northstar members only.  This area of the Northstar Chapter Web site is secured by a username and password.
	Officers provides a short "profile" about each officer, officer title, officer position descriptions, length of term, etc.
	CPP Info provides information about "Certified Compensation Professional" training endorsed and sponsored by the Northstar Chapter including training locations, dates, times, driving directions, and maps.
	Education Programs contains information about ongoing educational programs and benefits available to Northstar Chapter members.
	Submit Job Posting allows payroll professionals and organizations to submit a job posting for consideration and inclusion in the secure "Members" area of the site.
	Visitor Help (this page) is a description of content sections, a brief summary about the development of the Web site, participant names and a design credits for Beyond Strategy Site Map provides a listing of all pages linked in the Northstar Chapter Web site. Search provides a convenient tool to search for keywords throughout the Northstar Chapter site. Copyright and Privacy Policy pages contain copyright information, a privacy statement, and other legal disclaimer language for the Northstar Chapter Web site.

This Web site was designed and developed by Beyond Strategy, a provider of Internet business solutions based in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.   Beyond Strategy has been creating Web Solutions since 1998.  The Project Leader from APA Northstar Chapter for the development of this Web site was Denice McMahon.

Designer's Note (Joel Baglien)
The inspiration for the design of the Northstar Chapter Web site was the United States $100 bill.  One of the challenges of using this design was to create top, side, and bottom borders in a number of discrete images that would allow each page to automatically adjust to fit any size monitor display (640 x 480 pixels up to 1,280 x 1,024 pixels).  The currency theme is also a little subtle humor for payroll professionals and a tribute to classic currency design that is difficult to improve on.
