Speaker,
Deborah Ellis Timberlake is Global Process Lead - Payroll for HR BPO
Outsourcing at IBM Corporation. Prior to joining IBM Corporation,
Deborah was Director, HRO at Hewitt Associates, LLC and Vice President,
Payroll Services, for ADP National Accounts. She has also worked at
Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc./Universal Studios, Inc. (Senior Director,
Global Shared Services), Bell Atlantic Corporation, and Arthur Andersen
& Co.
A member of the APA’s National
Speakers Bureau, Deborah has made presentations at the APA’s Preparing
for Year-End and Payroll Tax Forum courses, Global Payroll Management
Conference, Best Practices Conference, regional and local chapter
meetings, and the last ten annual APA Congresses. Currently an APA Vice
President, she has served on the Government Affairs Task Force and
Certification Board. She received the APA’s Meritorious Service Award
in 1998 and a Special Recognition Award in 2003. Deborah has also taught
Payroll Administration at New York University.
The next meeting at the Metropolitan will be held on THURSDAY, June 21st
