Topic: Tips on Project Management

Speaker: Jenny Provenzano, CPP

Speaker, Jenny Provenzano, CPP is currently an Alliance Manager at Kronos Incorporated, a single-source provider of human resources, payroll, scheduling, and time and labor solutions.  In this role she is responsible for establishing and enhancing long-term Alliance Partner relationships.  She has written several workshops on Managing Vendor Relationships, Project Management, Direct Deposit, and Changing Pay Frequencies over the years.  She has also presented at many national American Payroll Association conferences, NACHA conferences, Kronos Customer Conferences, Ceridian Users Conference, local APA chapter meetings, and statewide payroll conferences.

 

Topic: The Three Tiers of Application Servicing: Risks and Benefits of Hosting, Software as a Service and Managed Application Services

Speaker, J. Chancellor Veasey - Vice President, Operations, with over eight years of operations management experience in the Managed ERP Applications market, Chance leads the Operations and Customer Support teams at netASPx that deliver ongoing application service to our customers on our utility. Chance joined netASPx in 2000 after managing Minneapolis Operations for ServiceNet, an ASP joint venture between Andersen Consulting and GTE. At ServiceNet, Chance managed one of the industry's first ASP data centers. At netASPx' Minneapolis Operations Center, Chance now manages millions of monthly transactions delivered at over 99.5% transaction availability to customers across the globe. After graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as a Field Artillery Officer for nine years. His military service included a NATO peacekeeping deployment to Bosnia-Herzogovina with the Minnesota National Guard.

The next meeting at the Metropolitan will be held on WEDNESDAY April 18th.
The topic will be "Payroll Taxes".
