Brian practices in the area of employment, labor law, and general litigation. Brian represents clients in a wide range of issues stemming from discrimination laws (ADA, FMLA, Title VII), labor laws as well as other laws which generally affect businesses. Brian combines his legal training with eight years of management experience in the health care industry. Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked for a local health care corporation who operated nursing homes in the Twin Cities and served in a variety of management positions. Brian understands the pressures businesses face, and management in particular, when he develops both legal and practical solutions for his clients. His education is B.S, University of Wisconsin, and Juris Doctor, William Mitchell College of Law, and Minnesota State Bar, 2003.

Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. Buffet breakfast will be served beginning at 7:50 a.m. The approximate time the meeting will end is 9:30 a.m. Please register by August 11^th at www.apanorthstar.org
