Speaker, Barbara Schnichels, is a leadership development consultant for
the Minneapolis / St. Paul area. For over 18 years she has partnered
with individuals, teams and businesses to create personal and
professional success. Barbara strengthens human capital assets through
leadership and team development consultation services. Her coaching,
facilitation/training, and problem-solving skills help to create a
climate of results-oriented participation and customer focus. She
regularly speaks about change management, emotional intelligence,
women’s leadership development, and work life balance. Barbara has
extensive experience in the health care industry where she currently
facilitates career development training classes.
Please bring your unwrapped gifts to the December 15, 2005
meeting. This organization is one of the best at delivering kindness
and happiness to children of all ages and backgrounds during the holiday
season.

Toys For Tots allows the Northstar Chapter membership the
opportunity to give to our community during this Holiday season. Donated
toys should be unwrapped. This year, there is an emphasis on toy
donations for older children. If you are unable to shop for a toy, the
Chapter will be happy to accept cash or a check for the cause instead.
