Marcela McCarthy is the
Director of Payroll for McKesson Corporation, a leading provider of supply,
information and care management products and services designed to reduce
costs and improve quality across healthcare. With annual revenues of
more than $50 billion, McKesson ranks as the 16th largest industrial
company in the United States.
Marcela will be
presenting real life examples of what has been done at McKesson to
improve processes and efficiencies in the payroll department that have
positively affected the bottom line. Her approach is one that can be
used by organizations of all sizes.
