In addition, our speaker, Leslie Siegle, will be speaking about “Dealing with Challenging Co-Worker Habits”. Leslie for the last six years has been working as a Human Resources Manager at U.S. Bank N.A. Leslie and her team support nearly 90 U.S. Bank branches. Leslie deals with numerous employee relations issues daily including mediating difficult situations between co-workers and advising management. Leslie will graduate from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN with a B.A. in Legal Studies and minor in Political Science in December 2005. Leslie has twelve years of broad experience in Human Resources including five years at a former EDS company. Prior to working in Human Resources, Leslie was employed as a Legal Assistant. Leslie is active in her community volunteering for numerous organizations including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Minneapolis Community and Technical College's Financial Careers Institute, and U.S. Bank's STEP-UP Internship Program and United Way Caring Force. A resident of St. Anthony Village, Leslie has been married for nearly 10 years to Zack and is the mother to two small boys.
