Please join the Board for breakfast on May 19, 2005 and listen to this month’s topic “Administration of I-9’s”. Just a few topics they will be discussing are: such issues as how the I-9 process began and why; the employers requirement; type of documentation needed and how to verify if they are real; how long to keep the information on file, the I-9 audit; and numerous other issues.

Speaker, Al Simmons is National Sales Manager with ADP Tax Credit Services. He has been active in tax incentive and HR consulting for over fourteen years. He was President of ATP, which was acquired by SMS in 1998, and VP of Marketing at SMS until acquired by ADP. He has vast experience with federal, state geographic and demographic incentive programs..
