Speaker Rich Thompson
is a regional vice president for Ajilon, overseeing operations for the
company's Midwest and South Central regions. Rich began his career with
Ajilon 7 years ago as a branch manager in the Chicago region, then
worked his way through area manager and area vice president roles in
throughout the Midwest. Rich's strong knowledge of the job market,
economy, and workplace/HR issues has made him a regular contributor to
the Dallas Morning News and Houston Business Journal.
He is also a top-rated speaker seminars and
conference that he has presented at. Prior to joining Ajilon,
Rich spent 3 years in a sales role with staffing company Robert Half.
Rich received his BA from the University of Wisconsin, where he was an
honorable-mention All-American football player for five years. He also
played professional football for the Green Bay Packers in the early
1990's.
Speaker Scott Foley
joined Ajilon as a temp, before being hired on to a permanent position
as the sales representative to open the Bloomington branch back in
February of 1999. In December of 2002 Scott moved into the executive
search group at Ajilon Finance where he built a successful perm desk
before taking on the Branch Manager role in November of 2003. Prior to
joining Ajilon, Scott worked as a loan underwriter with Wells Fargo. He
holds a BA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Duluth.!

delivering kindness and happiness to children of all ages and
backgrounds during the holiday season. If you are unable to shop for a
toy, the Chapter will be happy to accept cash or a check for the cause
