Jennifer Forbes works for Felhaber, Larson, Fenlon & Vogt.  She practices in the area of general corporate and general business law with a special focus on the health care client. She counsels clients on all areas of business ownership from initial entity analysis, legal compliance with laws, contract formation, employment contracts including severance agreements and non-competes, to sales, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions of businesses. She is a member of the firm's business and health law practice groups, and has represented hospitals and other health care entities with respect to their business and regulatory issues.
