Our Speaker, Marsha Smith, is the Disaster Recovery Consultant for Land O' Lakes, Inc, headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota.  Land O' Lakes, Inc does business in all fifty states and more than fifty countries.  It is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the U.S.; serves its international customers with a variety of food and animal feed ingredients; and provides farmers and local cooperatives with an extensive line of agricultural supplies (feed, seed, crop nutrients and crop protection products) and services.

Marsha has 18 years with Land O' Lakes, Inc.  She served as Director of HR/Payroll Operations February 2002 through September 2003.   Previously, she managed the Human Resources Management Systems Project in 2001.  Marsha was the Employee Service Center Manager from March 1999 to June 2001 with responsibilities for Payroll Processing, Payroll Accounting, Call Center and HRIS.  Prior to March 1999, Marsha was the Controller at the Land O’ Lakes Carlisle, PA butter and powder facility.
