Speaker Alan Gregerson
is currently a Senior Tax Specialist with the Internal Revenue
Service with over 17 years of experience. Previous positions held at
the Internal Revenue Service have been a Revenue Agent, Taxpayer Service
Specialist, and Taxpayer Education Specialist with the volunteer program
and the electronic volunteer program.
Speaker Carole Smith
is currently a Senior Tax Specialist with Taxpayer Education and
communication with over 14 years of experience. Currently her primary
duties are working to increase e-file and e-pay. Previous positions have
been Taxpayer Services Representative, Tax Examiner, and Taxpayer
Education Specialist with the volunteer programs and Bankruptcy
Specialist.
