Please join the Board for breakfast and a 1/2 day session on March 20, 2003.  This month’s topic is Data Privacy Requirements.  Our panel of speakers will discuss Records Management and Payroll Records, Privacy as a Business Issue, the Changing Business Landscape, and Data Privacy Legislation (HIPPA).

bullet Marshall Schwartz graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and received a Masters Degree in Int’l Relations from George Washington Univ.  He served in the Army and CIA and also directed security for the 1991 Int’l Special Olympics Games.  Marshall joined Deluxe in 1998.
bullet Debra Guertin, J.D., received her Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from the Univ. of Minnesota.  She received her Master’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in Human Resources Development with certification in organization development.  Debra has over 15 years experience leading strategic business process reengineering and change in information management.
bullet Susan McKinney, CRM, received her Master of Arts in History from Duquesne University and her CRM in 1993.  Susan is very active in the Records Management field, starting an Association of Records Management Chapter in Florida.  Susan joined the University of Minnesota in 1995.
