Please join the Board for breakfast on December 19, 2002. This month’s topic is Team Building. Our speaker will be Rosie Barry from the University of Minnesota. In this session, we will look at characteristics of successful teams, as well as the normal stages of development that every team goes through. This will be an interactive session that will give you a chance to think and talk about your experience with and on teams, as well as apply the basics of team building to your organization.

Ms. Barry holds master’s degrees in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. She has 15 years of human resource experience in a variety of organizations as both an internal and external consultant. In her current position with the University of Minnesota, she counsels individuals on their careers and works with groups to help them function better.

Please remember your Toys for Tots Donation. TOYS for TOTS is the Northstar Chapter’s December community outreach recipient. Please bring unwrapped gifts to the December meeting. Volunteers will deliver the gifts to the drop off sight.

	Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
	A buffet breakfast will be served beginning at 7:50 a.m..
	The fee for this session is $20 per person
	Register by Friday, December 13^th
