Topic:	New Hire Reporting
Speaker:	Carole Anderson, Minnesota New Hire Reporting Center
Please join the Board for breakfast on August 15, 2002. This month’s topic is New Hire Reporting. Carole Anderson from the Minnesota New Hire Reporting Center will review the new hire law, and the reporting options available to payroll personnel and employers. Carole Anderson has held various positions in the New Hire Reporting Center since 1996. In her current position as Program Manager, Ms. Anderson and seven staff members are dedicated to helping the children of Minnesota by processing all new hire reports in a timely manner. Since July 1996, the Center has processed over 10 million new hire reports. The Northstar Chapter will also be collecting monetary donations and aluminum tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. Donations will be used to purchase food for the September Community Project “Cooks for Kids” and the aluminum tabs will be used to help pay for specialized treatments.

	Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m.
	A buffet breakfast will be served beginning at 7:50 a.m..
	The fee for this session is $20 per person
	Register by Friday, August 9^th

	If you register and are unable to attend the meeting, you will be responsible for the $20 fee unless you cancel your reservation before August 9^th
