the Board for breakfast on August 16, 2001. This month the board will
discuss Mergers and Acquisitions and we will celebrate National Payroll
Week. Please bring your Activity Sheets that shows how your
company will be celebrating NPW.

| The fee for this session is $20.00 per person. |
