month we will be having a speaker from the Withholding Compliance and Education division
of the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. Buffet breakfast will be served beginning
at 7:50 a.m. The fee for this session is $20.00 per person. Register by mail, fax, e-mail
or use this online registration form no later than Thursday, July 8th. Payment may be made
the day of the meeting. Make checks payable to Northstar Chapter, APA. To guarantee

If you register and are unable to attend the meeting you are still responsible
for the $20.00 unless you cancel your reservation before July 12th. Please remember to
bring an item for the food shelf.
