Jennifer Staehle is a Senior
International Compensation Consultant in ORC’s Chicago Office. She has
extensive experience working on a variety of global consulting projects
for U.S. and European multinationals, including policy benchmarking and
design, expatriate compensation package administration and the
development of local national compensation packages.
Prior to joining ORC, Jennifer spent over 6 years working for
PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture managing their Expatriate
Compensation Departments. At Accenture she managed a 1,200+ assignee
Short-Term Assignment Department as well as assisted with Partner Group
Long-Term Assignments and Permanent Transfer moves. At PwC she managed a
team responsible for an internal business unit with 200+ Long Term
Assignees. At both Accenture and PwC she managed all aspects of the
assignment life cycle from assignee cost projection, relocation
facilitation, ongoing allowance payment, year end compensation
collection and tax reconciliation.
Jenny holds a double BA degree in Finance and Consumer Economics from
the University of Missouri – Columbia with a minor in English. While
studying at the University, she interned for a summer in Warsaw, Poland
where she worked as an International Marketing Assistant. She also holds
further accreditation as a Certified Relocation Professional.
Jenny will cover the following topics in her presentation: Building the
pay package including; International compensation process, Balance sheet
approach, Goods & Services allowance, Housing, Premiums & incentives,
Income taxes, and Pay delivery.
