Shari
Germscheid is the Payroll Manager for Land O'Lakes, Inc.,
headquartered in Arden Hills, MN. Land O’Lakes is a farmer-owned
cooperative that offer farmers, local cooperatives, and customers
across the nation an extensive line of agricultural supplies, as
well as state-of-the-art production and business services. Also, is
a leading marketer of dairy-based products for consumers,
foodservice professionals and food manufacturing.
Shari has
been with Land O'Lakes for six years, serving as Payroll
Coordinator, HRIS Specialist and HRMS Manager prior to moving into
her present position. Prior to coming to Land O'Lakes, she held
various positions/roles in payroll, accounting and system management
within the transportation industry.
Shari
currently serves as Vice President for the North Star
Chapter of the American Payroll Association (APA) and previously
served as Conference/Education chair. She earned her
credentials as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) in the fall of
2004 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1984 with a
B.S. in Home Economics in Business.
