Board Meeting Minutes - April 15, 2004
Meeting called to order at 10:30 am

ATTENDEES:  Peggy Jarombeck, Robin Murphy, Barbara Batt, Patrick White, Barb Muellerleile, Karen Klein, Sharlene Smith

June APA Seminar for Chapter Leadership – Karen and Sheri will attend.  Found direct flights to San Antonio for $370

Discussion was raised by Karen about putting the Monthly Evaluations on the website. Also discussed sending an email to attendees with a link to the evaluation on the website to complete immediately after the meeting.  Everyone liked this idea.

CPU Certificate missing at April meeting, mail to attendees

Graham-Leach-Bliley Act will it affect us when we provide credit card payment option?  Patrick will see if there is any information available on SPORG that they have complied.

July’s meeting will be just a business meeting.

At May’s meeting talk about:

Patrick will write up Job Description for splitting Chapter Communications into Communications and Promotions.  Promotions will include: NPW, Chapter of the Year, Pictorial, others.

Peggy will work with Terry to account for the differences in with the APA books.   We need a procedure in place for this process, may not continue to offer in the future.
