Meeting called to order at 11:15 a.m.
ATTENDEES: Karen Klein, Gail Koch,
Peter Matthias, Teri McCaleb, Barb Muellerleile, Robin Murphy, Lorelei
Peters Nickle, Marsha Smith, & Sharlene Smith.
Karen mentioned that December’s
meeting will be Team Building. Rosie Barry, Associate Counselor at the
University of Minnesota, will be the presenter. At December’s meeting
the new FPC’s and CPP’s from October’s exam will be also be recognized
and we will have our Toys 4 Tots collection. All attendees are asked to
bring a new unwrapped toy to the meeting. Sharlene will have Joel add
the Toys 4 Tots information to the web site and have a link to their web
page. We will also add to the web site that as an ongoing service
project, members can bring pop tabs to donate to the Ronald McDonald
House.

Marsha stated that all expenses for
the Fall Conference must be given to Peter for payment. Peter and
Philip will review the expenses and verify what is owed to IHRIM for the
conference.
The board also discussed moving the
PO Box to a new location. The current PO Box is downtown and not
convenient for any board member. Marsha and Peter will go to Roseville
and open a new PO Box. They will forward the information to the board
members so that new supplies can be ordered.
