30 Update on Sec. 127 - Action Alert
You have researched the possibilities and are ready to go forward with new dimensions of delivery services to your employees. Now you must gain approval and prepare the organization. Join the Twin Cities Chapter of IHRIM in an exciting discussion on capitalizing on the value of employee self service and portals and managing the changes that come with it. We begin our discussion with a review of the process and information needed to build your business case. The business case -- it's more than just the numbers. Although an ROI is an important measurement tool, the full picture for any HR project includes a look at the organization and what the system might do to or for it. We will also discuss the other factors to consider when looking at introducing new technology solutions into the workplace. This discussion will be followed by a presentation on Managing Change. Whether an organization is growing, merging or simply moving in a new direction, change is inevitable and happens at a dizzying pace. This presentation, Shifting Gears and Changing Lanes will provide a fun look at navigating the road of success. APA
