Meeting called to order at 10:00 a.m.
ATTENDEES:
Jody Dahl, Marla Haley, Peter Matthias, Teri McCaleb, Denice
McMahon, & Sharlene Smith.
Denice mentioned that some job
duties still need to be transferred to new board members.
Rick Seifert and Jody Dahl will be meeting to transfer the
database.
Peter will also check with Rick
regarding the Treasurer’s Report for year-end.
A report was not given at the July meeting so Peter will
discuss at the November meeting.
All board members are to review
their job descriptions on the web site.
Robin and Denice will review the Communications Director /
Historian position.
Marla asked about CEU credit for
the conference. Marla is
going to verify whether or not she received the CEU book.
Peter will be taking pictures of
all the board members at the conference to add to the web site.

The National APA has two
requirements, which are due by November 1st.
The first is an active roster membership and the second is the
chapters 2002 activities.
Listed below are the meeting topics.
Once again, as part of our
community outreach the board will sponsor different charities
quarterly.
Teri will call the Metropolitan
and cancel our reservation for March
21st, 2002. The
Fraud seminar will tentatively be held at Medtronic’s meeting
facility and will include the IHRIM group.
