Meeting called to order at 9:30 a.m.

ATTENDEES: Jeff Goldenberg, Robin Malik-Swisher, Teri McCaleb, Denice McMahon

The board discussed advertising on the Web site. The board talked about having companies sponsor the Web site to cover the Chapter’s expenses. Everyone agreed that we needed further information and input from all board members. Joel Baglien will attend the July meeting to discuss Web site advertising. Robin will e-mail all board members to give their input on this topic to Jeff Goldenberg who will act as the "conduit for commentary". Teri will add a note to the registration letter that the Northstar Chapter is looking for possible sponsors for its Web site and the October Conference and Denice will also have Joel add that information to the Web site.

Next month’s meeting is the free business meeting. Ann Johnson will discuss Payroll Education on the Web. The board is also sponsoring the Crisis Nursery in July. A Wish List for the nursery was given to members. The registration letter will note that if members wish they can donate their monthly meeting fee to the crisis nursery and either make their check payable to the Northstar Chapter or the Crisis Nursery.

August’s meeting will be a ½ day session on Payroll 101, September’s meeting is currently Employee Self Service Development, November is the ½ day year-end session and December’s meeting is currently Shared Services between Payroll and Human Resources.
