Conference – Elise is looking for volunteers for this year’s conference committee. Elise also mentioned she might have a person for Keynote Speaker. She will provide information on this individual.

Vice President/Technology – Denise mentioned that it would be beneficial to the Chapter if a separate position was created for Technology. Let the board know of anyone who would be interested. More discussion on this later. Denice also brought up that if there are any alerts for the web sight they can go directly to Joel rather than having to go to her first. Denise is also going to review when Scholarship information is to be presented to candidates.

Historian/Newsletter—Ann is meeting with a vendor for our Chapter of the Year entry. The entry this year highlights Northstar Chapter meetings, CPP study groups, & last year’s conference. The entry is to be sent March 27th for this years Congress in Orlando.

Program Chair—Jeff will provide the board with a list of topics for the remaining meetings. Ann brought up the possibility of having a beginning payroll session as one of the topics for this summer. Jeff mentioned that this session could be used to increase membership by offering attendees free membership to the Northstar Chapter if they pay for the session.
