Keynote Speaker
/ Luncheon Speaker - Tom Colbert
Keynote Topic
In just about every area of work (and life – difficult or not), we are
confronted with the fact that people are the key to making any project, work
team, or business process change successful. In order to minimize the risks and
ensure success, one should first understand and then apply the 10 basic
principles to successfully managing the human aspects. Included in this,
participants will learn techniques to reframe a situation; an understanding of
change and how to manage it; the 4 basic drives of people, and the 5 steps to
keep the lines of communication open. “Real life” examples, and practical
solutions, will be used with a focus on immediate application to current
situations.
Luncheon Topic - Choosing the Total
Impact
Daily we have the opportunity to
impact the lives of others, at times without even realizing it. If we choose to,
we can change a person’s life, and impact a business in just two minutes, and at
the same time make positive changes ourselves. From this highly motivational
session, participants walk away with a keen sense of how to put “OH YEAHS” in
another person’s scrapbook. Outcomes of this session can be applied to personal
and professional settings.
